You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

We may modify these terms; updates take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or communicated where practicable.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Information you provide must be accurate and kept current. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension or removal of listings.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute and adapt it as needed to operate, promote and improve the directory—subject to your privacy settings and applicable law.

You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate law, or contain malware, hate speech, harassment, obscenity (where prohibited) or misleading claims.

We may moderate, edit, refuse or remove content that violates these terms, poses risk, or is inconsistent with platform quality standards—including verification requirements.

You may not scrape or bulk-harvest data without permission; circumvent rate limits or access controls; impersonate others; manipulate rankings through fake engagement; or use the platform to distribute spam or unlawful materials.

You may not probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our prior written approval. Automated access must follow our robots.txt and any written agreements.

“Verified”, featured or similar labels reflect processes defined by us and may change. They are not guarantees of quality, legality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Paid plans or boosts (if offered) are subject to separate fee terms, renewal rules and fair-use policies displayed at purchase.

The platform’s branding, layout, software, and our original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify or create derivative works without consent.

If you believe your rights are infringed by user content, follow our Report Infringement process in addition to any statutory remedies.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Listings are provided by third-party businesses. We are not a party to transactions between users and vendors; any dispute is primarily between those parties.

To the extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from use of the platform.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) a nominal statutory minimum where applicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk, legal requirements or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. licences to the extent exercised, disclaimers, limitations, disputes) will continue after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply to you.

Courts at a competent location in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection statutes.
