How do I list my business?
Click "List your business" or go to Partner / Admin login, then Register. After approval, add your services from the dashboard.
Is listing free?
You can start with a free plan. Paid plans give you more visibility, featured placement, and guaranteed leads.
How do I get the verified badge?
After your listing is approved, admins can verify your business. Verified listings get a trust badge and rank higher.
Who can see my contact number?
Only users who search and view your listing can request to see your number. You receive leads directly via the platform.
What are your Privacy practices?
We collect only the information needed to run the platform (contact details, listing data). We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Where can I read the Terms of Use?
Terms of Use govern your use of Bharat Seva Setu. You can access them from the footer or by contacting support. By listing or searching, you agree to these terms.
How do I report copyright or infringement?
If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us with the listing URL and proof of ownership. We will review and take action per our policy.
How are listings ranked in search?
Ranking considers relevance, verification status, ratings, and subscription plan. Featured and verified listings appear higher. Paid plans offer better visibility.
Can I edit or remove my listing later?
Yes. Log in to your business dashboard to edit details, photos, or deactivate a listing anytime. Changes may need re-approval by admin.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
How do I get help or contact support?
Use Partner / Admin login to access your dashboard. For support, use the contact option in the footer or the email provided on the site.
