Digital tools for businesses on Bharat Seva Setu
Vendors (city/locality partners) pay Bharat Seva Setu for directory tools. Customers discover shops and contact them directly — we do not collect the customer’s payment for the shop’s work.
Who pays whom
- Vendor → Bharat Seva Setu for digital business listing, promotional placement, subscription features and lead-generation services. When the payment gateway is live, that vendor payment is processed to Bharat Seva Setu. Until then, the vendor dashboard may use WhatsApp/support; we activate the plan or enquiry units after payment is confirmed.
- Customer → shop (call, WhatsApp, or in person) for the actual service. We do not run a customer checkout for that job and we do not pay the shop out of customer funds.
- Bharat Seva Setu does not operate as a marketplace escrow or payout agent for shop earnings.
Growth subscriptions
Period shown at checkout in the vendor dashboard. Enquiry units included with a paid plan are usage units, not cash.
