What this covers
This policy applies to subscription or one-time fees you pay to Bharat Seva Setu for listing features, plan upgrades, boosts or related digital services purchased through our platform (including payments processed by Razorpay).
It does not govern money you pay directly to other businesses found on the directory—those transactions are between you and the vendor.
Billing & renewals
Paid plans are generally billed for the period shown at checkout (for example monthly). Unless you cancel before renewal according to the terms shown in your dashboard, plans may renew automatically where that option is enabled.
Taxes and payment processor charges may appear as separate line items where required by law or by the payment provider.
Refunds
If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of a paid feature you purchased, contact us using the details below; we will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or offer a refund or credit for the affected period.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in India give you a right to cancel or refund, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
For change-of-mind or unused time on subscriptions, refunds are discretionary except where law requires otherwise. Chargebacks should be a last step after contacting support so we can resolve the issue quickly.
